Ashe County Sheriff's Office

The Ashe County Sheriff’s Office is a multi-faceted law enforcement agency served by a dedicated and professional team of Deputies, Detention Officers, Telecommunicators, Administrative staff and volunteers. This agency serves and protects our county’s 27,000 year-round residents as well as the countless seasonal residents and tourists who routinely visit Ashe County. 

The Sheriff’s Office is the main law enforcement agency in Ashe County, providing general law enforcement, detention, communications, civil process and court services for the citizens of Ashe County.
